Japanese Seven Spice Blend
"Shichimi" means seven spices. Sansho and aosa are two distinct ingredients here — Japanese pepper and a delicate green seaweed.
A seven-spice blend built around YUIICHIMI chilli, carefully balanced with yuzu peel, sansho, ginger, sesame and aonori. Layered, savoury and aromatic, it works in broths, soups and as a finishing spice for restaurant plates.

INGREDIENTS
YUIICHIMI chilli, yuzu peel, aosa (green seaweed), sansho (Japanese pepper), white sesame, black sesame, ginger — all domestically grown, pesticide-free. Contains: sesame.
