Japanese Chilli Spice
Ichimi means a single spice. This is pure YUIICHIMI chilli, ground to bring out the character of each harvest.

Clean heat, deep aroma and a natural fruit-like sweetness. The grind is adjusted slightly with each batch to draw out the best flavour from that season’s chillies.

Add during cooking to build a deeper, rounded heat, or finish at the table to keep the aroma bright and the heat sharper. A little goes a long way — start light and build.
